Was watching Giants/NE while also keeping an eye on Fordham's John Skelton as he ran his career record as a starter to 3-2 with the AZ Cards. Nice game for Skelton: 20/35, 222 yards, 1 TD, even though he was getting no help or protection out there, and was constantly under pressure. OL for AZ is porous and broke down twice inside the 10, resulting in Skelton getting sacked for two safeties. Still he managed to engineer a drive and threw a game-tying TD to set up overtime.

Two weeks in a row I root for the damn Patriots to help the Ravens & Eagles out and they suck *** both weeks.

then why has he took the Giants on two gamewinning touchdown drives in the last two games against the Pats? Do you credit the defense for giving Eli the chance to score that last second TD?

Does Brady play defense> Does he? Did Brady not in both games lead the Patriots on potential game winning TD drives only to see the Patriots defense crumble both times???

Brady and the offense did what they had to at the end of the game to put the team in position to win, sure the offense was crap early in both games, but they put the team into position to win both games.
