I sure don't give 2 shits about it.

Alums should take a long hard look at who was running their football team.

Hey douchebag Joe Paterno is still alive at the moment. Also he did more good for the world in 1 week than your unemployed ass will do in a lifetime.

Burn.

And I'm with grizza on this one. JoPa playing stupid doesn't excuse what he did...and let happen for another 9 years under his watch.

Period.

I don't think he was playing stupid. JoPa was a coach and involved in coaching football for so long, he had no idea how the real world worked. So he went with what he knew, ignore the problem and hope somebody else will take care of it. He probably had no idea how society looked up child molestation. He also probably thought his position made him immune to any guilt. IMO, he was stupid to the situation.

I didn't say that at all. I will type slow so you can understand when translating from Russian to English. :kisswink:

JoPa did not know how to deal with it.

"He had no idea how society looked up child molestation" "He had no idea how the real world worked"

Sounds like you are saying he didn't have any idea that child molestation was wrong.

Didn't say anywere that JoPa didn't know it wasn't wrong. It was more on how he handled the situation. He didn't handle it with any type of urgency. He passed it on to his superiors for someone else to deal with. For example, If he dealt with it immediately and took the reigns to get this dealt with, then I would say he had an idea of how society looked upon child molestation.
