With that defense, Flacco only needs to play a good game...

And reading the Balmer papers, the defense feels like they are getting more than they need to win from the offense...something thqat Baltimore defense hasn't had in the past...

I would be too. It was a tide-turner in the game. I understand the delay in calling the penalty because of the human element. But man, I was watching it in realtime on the couch and a good 2 seconds or so ticked off before the ball was snapped. Flacco completes a big third down and the rest is history. :?

Yup - no guarantee the Titans would have won, since it was tied, but you never know...

Don't know if I'd call it a tide-turner...but if the flag had been thrown, and it did turn the tide...people would have point to it as his "rookie" mistake...

Flacco and the Ravens got away with one, no doubt, on that play...
