The IWFL hasn't officially announced its playoff fields yet, but pieceing together various local team announcements yields the following schedule for 30 JUN. The seeding is a bit weird, but this is how they're doing it this year; it supposedly saves in travel costs, but I highly doubt that a flight from PHX to Milwaukee is any cheaper than from PHX to SMF (Sac). There MIGHT be a bit of a difference for BAL to MTL as opposed to BAL to HOU. The Tier 2 system (i.e. the second place teams) got a little weird because 4-4 Iowa got in as a third place team beause the 3-5 Modesto Maniax (2nd in the Pac West) called off the season due to injuries. Some of the seedings (particularly in Tier 2) are a bit of a guess on my part.
Tier 1:
W4 Seattle Majestics (6-2) @ W2 Sacramento Sirens (7-1)
W3 Phoenix Phantomz (6-1)* @ W1 Wisconsin Warriors (8-0)
E3 Baltimore Nighthawks (7-1) @ E1 Montreal Blitz (8-0)
E4 Atlanta Xplosion (7-1) @ E2 Houston Energy (8-0)
Tier 2:
W3 Iowa Crush (4-4) @ W1 Madison Cougars (6-2)
W4 Portland Shockwave (3-5) @ W2 California Quake (3-4)*
E3 Philadelphia Firebirds (4-4) @ E1 New England Intensity (6-2)
E4 Arlington Impact (6-2) @ E2 Carolina Phoenix (7-1)
*Pending outcome of California Quake @ Phoenix Phantomz regular season game 23 JUN.

Playoffs!

SuperHornet's Athletics Hall of Fame includes Jacksonville State kicker Ashley Martin, the first girl to score in a Division I football game. She kicked 3 PATs in a 2001 game for J-State.
