Anybody who has a quarterback they refer to as "Matty Ice" is headed for somewhere not good.

If I hear "Matty Ice" one more time, I will punch the baby that 93henfan hit after I walked up to him and screamed "Gangnam".

:coffee: I've seen the Redskins start out at 6-0 only to finish 8-8 and not make the playoffs.

Nobody is very impressive in the NFC. Cards and Viks are already showing their true colors. Could be that Atlanta is not a pretender.

You must forgotten a team from the "Empire State" who just laid a 26-3 spanking on the Niners!!!!

Surely you jest...

AFC has 3 teams with a winning record, which could be trimmed to 2 if the Chargers lose tonight. Meanwhile, NFC has 7 teams with a winning record.

The best team in the AFC... Houston, just got piss pounded by a mediocre Green Bay. AFC's other leading team, Baltimore, also has one loss... to the Eagles. The Patriots just got exposed by my Hawks 27th ranked offense.

AFC is a joke this year. :coffee:

I was referring to the NFC since the Falcons are in the NFC. I don't see any teams in the AFC separating themselves. With the Ravens injuries I'm not sure who the favorite is to come from that side.

Come playoff time I'd have no confidence that the Falcons could beat the Niners or the Giants, home or away. They can have the best regular season on record but it won't matter come playoff time against those teams.

Granted but they might become 1-2 after beating the Redskins with the worst pass defense in the league. The 'Skins have allowed every opposing QB to throw for 300 plus yds and the only one that didn't Josh Freeman he threw for 299!!!!!

The Falcons will host their first ever NFC Championship in franchise history.

Pulling out a win at the last minute instead of choking away a 27-7 lead? How dare they call themselves an Atlanta sports team. :ohno:
