Just heard this on the radio anyone going to cheer him on the way out????I know the VanGundys are counting down the days!!!!!!

This means Seattle will get a pro basketball team on 2-2-14.

The scuttlebutt from here in the NW is that Stern did not like the negativity toward him from Seattle and so when the Sonics threatened to move to Oklahoma, Stern did not step in to block it. He said he did, but Sonic fans think otherwise.

Being a Blazer fan, it was interesting to figure out who the bigger fool was, the Sonic fans who thought somehow that insulting the commissioner would save the team, or Stern who let a successful mid-market team leave for a small market Midwest city.

I would have to say the fans of Seattle they are the ones who lost more than Stern he still collects checks and the fans sat back and watched their former squad represent another city in the finals!!!!!What did the ppl in Seattle have against The Napoleon of the NBA!!!!!
