Vilma Rebuffed in Court

So despite the judge's distaste for Goodell's heavy handed approach and clear lack of due process in denying the players involved in the bounty case access to their accusers, it's all OK because Tagliabue reversed the suspensions?
That doesn't make any sense.

Vilma had no legal standing & the courts agreed. End of story. Move on.

No legal standing? How? Goodell spewed lies about him. What's more clear than that?
