Brady Kick Under Review

Wow, I didn't think I'd see the day when the NFL reviewed the action of one of the leagues biggest pussies, Mr. Brady.

SportsCenter ‏@SportsCenter
JUST IN - Tom Brady is being reviewed by league officials for his slide/kick in AFC Championship

If he did that in a baseball game sliding into second it would've resulted in the benches clearing.

Brady didn't think it mattered. He thinks every guy's balls are in his wife's purse, just like his are.

It was a bullshit play. You aren't allowed to touch the QB when they slide. There is zero defense for what he did.

I'm guessing $25K and suspended for the first preseason game. You know, a meaningful penalty. :coffee:

He should get a regular season suspension for that BS.

Or allow the Defense a free hit on him.

Always said Brady is an incredibly dirty player, taking cheap shots whenever he can, earholeing every stand around before the whistle blows, starting fights with linebackers in the showers, rigging lockers with piss bombs, and picking fights with rookies.

:ohno: :ohno: :ohno:

Let's be honest, Suh from the Lions was fined what $30K for his "kick" on Thanksgiving to Matt Schaub. Does anyone think that Brady's kick of Reed was actually "less intentional"??? Please. :coffee: :coffee: :coffee: :coffee: :coffee:

In that video it looks like a defensive maneuver. Doesn't look like he's kicking with force so as to attack. Looks to me like he's just kind of sticking his leg out to kind of keep the other guy away and maybe vault him on over the top of necessary.

I really don't follow NFL football much and don't either like or dislike Brady. Don't know anything about him except that he's generally regarded as one of the top 5 or so quarterbacks in the NFL. But that just doesn't look like an effort to hurt somebody.

He of all people has no reason to make a defensive manuver like that because as we all know if you even look at Brady wrong the officials will throw a flag. By kicking at the player he was actually exposing himself to unnecessary risk of injury.

Not to mention a feet first slide is a defensive move. No need to stick a leg up in the air "to protect himself".

Unless you're a giant pussy like Brady. There's a reason he was a 7th round pick.
