This time the rich people are stuck in the superdome. Fastest they've ever gotten aide to NOLA.

I heard Bellick shut the power down so he could retrieve the survelance cameras he installed two weeks ago.

This won't be clear to all but to those that are familiar with The Wire and the fact that it's setting was Baltimore the winner was:
