Tiger Woods
World #1, 4 wins on the year, 4 Masters, 14 majors, new white bitch, sort of looks like Satan from History Channel's The Bible
Really?
Glad he is back winning and putting bitches in check. It is good for golf, I think.

Whether you love him or hate him, there's no denying that.

Inkster, Lopez, Sorrenstam, and Creamer, yes. But not Davies....

My dad got practice round tickets this year in the lottery. I get back to America on the 3rd, but didn't know that when he was planning his trip (thought I'd still be in Japan), so I can't go.
I heard an interesting tidbit when watching Tiger win today, where an announcer asked why are majors more important than other golf tournaments? Is it just the history? So what do you guys think?

The payouts are bigger, the history is longer and usually better, and the field is much stronger (usually). The courses are usually also considered much harder than the other tournaments, either just by their design, or how they prep them prior to tournament time (see: The US Open).
I may have shared this before but I had a buddy who was a caddy at Pebble when Tiger had his blow out Open win. He and a couple of the other caddies went back to all the rounds and Tiger actually beat the field...match play.
