The BEST race of the year...

...just started in the last half-hour or so.

I was VERY impressed with Sandi Patty's performance of the National Anthem at the Indy 500.

There are a record FOUR women in the race today, but NONE of them are named Danica Patrick or Sarah Fisher (though Fisher DOES own one of the cars in the race).

I'm rooting for Tony Kanaan today.

I'm not an Indy fan, but I have to give props to the race today. More passing and lead changes than I can remember. Good stuff!

Not a fan of the multi-lap yellow finish but rules are rules. SH calls the winner. He picked the right man.

Say what? Danica had a high qual of fourth and finished third. I don't believe any of THIS crop of women did that....
