I follow it marginally. Would like to see the Suns do well. Will go to Suns game when given free tickets. Other than that, not much interest...

Not only no, but [bleep] NO. Bunch of high-priced egotistical crybabies.

Give me HS hoops any day of the week. Especially since true dedicated athletes like Johnson, Bird, and Erving don't seem to exist anymore.

NB What, NH Who

Seriously, I follow a little, but NBA basketball is boring. The best basketball I have seen lately is from this years olympics and the best hockey I have seen lately is from the winter olympics with the Female team. Both these groups played for country pride and as a team.

For me, the NBA's on use is to get the college kids to play their hearts out.

I know it is impossible to find a hockey game anymore on the TV.

I'd follow the NBA more closely if it was even REMOTELY reffed fairly. I've never seen a sport where superstars get such preferential treatment and blatant calls go un-made. Really makes the game unwatchable and as a coach, I'd have committed manslaughter on a regular basis.

Tell me about it, Lebron James walks almost everytime he gets the ball. Wait ... he has a name for that. Crab dribble, or some BS like that.

No way man. They done it to themselves, I don't really know what it is because I loved to play the game in fact, it is my personal favorite sport to play, but the NBA sucks horrible and I never watch any of it anymore.

Used to love the NBA back in the day as a Charlotte Hornets fan. Zo, Muggsy, Grandma-ma. Dell Curry..etc.

Still remember that first series win over the Celtics.

I still like to watch basketball on occasion. I'd watch more of the Bobcats, except they're never on my television set.

Same with hockey..not the same since moving to Versus, or wherever. This coming from someone who saw the San Jose Sharks play their 5th ever game or so at the Cow Palace in San Francisco and used to sit with the other 20 fans () in Greensboro watching the Hurricanes. :?

And don't say paint drying, smartasses.

Watchin Laker highlights when the team is good is about the only time. Other than that, sooooooo fcukin boring. I do, however, second Appa's thoughts on the MLB. A couple months ago I saw Osi Umenyiora on like 1st and 10 and he put it perfectly, "I would rather watch grass grow than watch professional baseball."

Add the NFL and the BCS to the list, haven't watched a game in years.

I have watched Golf, Tennis and Curling (while in Finland) in TV mnore than I have watched MLB......because they are more exciting and interesting than MLB....hell, I'll watch chess before I watch MLB on TV....

Did anyone actually watch the All Star game or any of the prelim crap? I was flipping channels one day this weekend and noticed the Hor....Geico contest and in 2 minutes of watching it I almost fell asleep. Didn't even attempt to watch any of the other crap.

I Tivo'd the dunk contest, 3 point shoot out, etc... and it was actually pretty good. I don't follow the NBA closely by any means but I do enjoy it.

I enjoy the NBA, particularly around playoff time. But I'd rank it third of the four "major" sports. After baseball and hockey and before the NFL.

I followed the NBA loosely back when Minnesota had a team. I agree with AZGriz about the two sets of rules problem... give me college hoops and the passion that goes with it

As for the others... I love MLB even more than college football. I want to like the NHL - given that I live across the street from the XCel Center - but the Wild are perennial disappointments, and make hockey boring. I'm a fan of the EPL though - wish MLS was even close to it in terms of quality.

I love the NBA and have the league pass online and watch the Bulls as much as I can. Watching the best basketball players in the world is something i love to do. The best part about the league pass is I can watch Lebron, Kobe, D-Wade, Melo, CP3 or any of the best anytime they are on. I know I am in the minority but after watching the Griz, watching an intense NBA game is the best to me.
