• Jesus Montero, Seattle Mariners catcher.

• Cesar Puello, New York Mets outfield prospect.

• Fautino De Los Santos, San Diego Padres pitching prospect.

• Sergio Escalona, Houston Astros pitching prospect.

• Fernando Martinez, New York Yankees outfield prospect.

• Jordan Norberto, free-agent pitcher.

The only thing they have is that he may have recruited other players and obstructed their investigation. Two things that I don't think they've every hung on anyone else.

there will be an appeal, as allowed per the CBA for drug issues. A-Rod will play in 2014 - bank on it.

That may be true - but based on the precedent set, in THIS CBA, it will be tough to get much more past an arbitrator.

I hope he gets to play. Yankmee fans want him gone, so I hope they get stuck with the bum and have to pay him his whole salary.
