What did Romo do wrong? The miscues were due to the receivers.SuperHornet wrote:Romo almost ruined a spectacular performance by the defense. Though I would question the choice to go to the prevent at the end. Fortunately, the Cowboys had a 12 point lead at the time, and the Giants couldn't execute a simple onside kick....
The Cowboy defense did nothing spectacular those (6) turnovers were gifts from Eli&company.SuperHornet wrote:Romo almost ruined a spectacular performance by the defense. considering they haven't beaten the Giants at home since they played in Texas Stadium(2008), I'll take that win any way it comes.clenz wrote:Teams who are at least plus 5 in turnovers the last 2 decades, or so, won by an average of 25ish points.
I'd say the cowboys are pretty damn lucky to get that win

The Giants gave that game to Dallas as a early Christmas gift as stated before.clenz wrote:Teams who are at least plus 5 in turnovers the last 2 decades, or so, won by an average of 25ish points.

Eli can put the ball in every DB's and LBer's mitts and the RBs can put every handoff on the ground, but it's STILL incumbent upon the defense to secure possession AND on the offense to take advantage of the "gifts." With Romo, there's no guarantee of that because he's just about the worst quarterback in the league....dal4018 wrote:The Cowboy defense did nothing spectacular those (6) turnovers were gifts from Eli&company.SuperHornet wrote:Romo almost ruined a spectacular performance by the defense. Too bad this wasn't a playoff game Romo is even worse when the stakes are much higher.SuperHornet wrote:Eli can put the ball in every DB's and LBer's mitts and the RBs can put every handoff on the ground, but it's STILL incumbent upon the defense to secure possession AND on the offense to take advantage of the "gifts."
