DL Maddy Paige has returned to the gridiron one year after her private school banished her from THEIR team...because the boys might have "impure thoughts." Now she's homeschooled and is playing in the local rec league (probably equivalent to Pop Warner).
That's gotta be the most illogical argument I've ever heard of to deny someone based on gender. Boys and girls work out together on the track team. Is there something in the pads that makes FOOTBALL PLAYERS more susceptible to "impure thoughts?" The fact that they did this AFTER she had played for a year makes them look even MORE stupid. What baloney....

SuperHornet's Athletics Hall of Fame includes Jacksonville State kicker Ashley Martin, the first girl to score in a Division I football game. She kicked 3 PATs in a 2001 game for J-State.
