Why do you have to make it about racism? Are you not a member of the Human Race, the same race as everyone on this message board? FYI, Oakland was never inhabited by only European American Cultural group. First it was a Native American culture then a Spanish influx and a Mexican Republic.

Anyway, when scum move into a neighborhood, the good people usually kick them out or leave...and when the good people leave, the scum get to deal with themselves. Of course, few people pay attention to the losers killing each other, as well it should be, but that's another story.
