Vikings running back Adrian Peterson missed Thursday's practice because of what the team described as a personal situation.
The website TMZ reported this morning that Peterson's 2-year old son is in critical condition in Sioux Falls after being beaten by a man who is dating the mother of the child.
Here is the story from the Sioux Falls Argus Leader on the criminal case from early Friday morning.
The country prosecutor is expected to provide an update on the case at 10:30 a.m. on Friday. Check back for more details
And the courts probably won't let him take the kid from the mother. I can't say whether she knew the guy was violent or not but there have been many cases where the mom knows and puts the kid in that situation. I hope this scum bag gets what he deserves. The mom too if she knew...............

He won't last long in prison...Asian guy beat and killed an African American child put in jail with the gang sects (of all races and ethnicities) that Sioux Falls has.
My sister worked at the Minnehaha County jail in SF for a couple years...The stories from her are terrifying. I can only imagine what will happen to him there...or up the road at the state penn...Child beaters/murderers are the one group that gets all of the gangs unified against a common enemy

I don't know much, but I do know one thing about Carolina. Cam is a fucking shitty QB. I said it last year, and when we picked him up this year for QB I knew it was a bad idea. What a turd. I say, let a back up tackle or guard play QB and put Cam in at WR AND MLB.

He's had one great game and one horrible game, but other than that he's been good for fantasy football. I don't know how many points you expect from your QB. (3 of his picks came in one game)
oh, and TJ, my partner put in Cam...we still got blown out, but he did better than Pryor.
