What is this world coming to?

I deplore running up the score as much as the next guy, but this REALLY takes the cake.
I don't have a link or the time to get it, but I just saw a report that a disgruntled parent filed a lawsuit alleging "bullying" after her kid got beat 91-0 in a TX HS football game. Give me a freaking break....

The winning team threw the ball 10 times. There was a running clock in the 3rd quarter. Starters played 21 snaps. One back up fullback had 4 tds on 4 carries. What should the other team have done, just knelt on it? I'd have been even more humiliated if the other team just downed the ball for an entire quarter.
Another example of the wussification of America.

On the other side of the coin you have douchebag Oregon DC Nick Aliotti going off in a press conference about how Washington State was still throwing the ball when the game was well in hand for the ducks. Yeah...the cougs should have layed down and taken their beating.

Now that guy is a bitch. I respect Oregon, but that type of shit really grinds my gears.

There was a Minnesota HS game called after 3 qtrs this season. There was a little help from lightning for the initial stop, but after the weather passed, they still decided to call the game.

I think I read the coach played some 3rd stringers and had his punt returner fair catch the ball no matter what. Only so much he can do. To be fair to the other team, the coach for the losing team had no issue with the winning team. Just sounds like 1 annoying parent.
From what I understand, when a bullying report is filed, the school is required to do its due diligence. My guess is the formalities are going to get done and then all is good.
Apparently their average margin of victory in the district is by 77 points. Not sure how this can be any fun for this team. Sure it's fun to win but hopefully they get real competition at one point.

Just saw in the paper this morning that it was actually the DAD who filed the suit. What a wuss....

I got no problem with his premise. Oregon should have just never taken their foot off WSU's throat and put the starters back in and held them down. Anybody that whines about sportsmanship when talking about running up the score and so forth can eat dick. If one team is laying off and the other wants to keep playing then lay it on em'.

Ursus nails it once again.
