on the Michigan State fake FG, the receiver holds out the ball before crossing the goal line.
that sort of thing usually gets flagged for a penalty, doesn't it? (though that might have been an older clip before the officials/NCAA started being so stupid about that sort of thing)

First play shouldn't have been allowed...all players must be set for one second before the ball is snapped.

I'm pretty sure I saw a one-second set in both plays, then one player in lateral motion (which is allowed)
