Ok, let me get this straight. You are saying that ONLY the black players back Incognito because they dislike Martin because Martin comes from a good home?

How do the players of other races feel about Icoognito?
How should they feel and who should they support?

So because Martin doesn't conform to hi s teammates stereotypical idea of being black, they approve of racist actions and threats towards him. Did I get that right? If so, that's fucked up. Why do black people feel there is a level of blackness and anything aside from that is "selling out" or "acting white"? Does RGIII have this issues? I know some ESPN announcer got fired for some comments. This is truly despicable. How can anyone want to be treated equal when they don't treat others equal?

I think both the guys here are at fault.

Let's be honest though, the wussification of America where everybody gets a trophy mentality is riding too roughshod. Kids are coddled throughout growing up & now it spills over to adulthood. We are the PC (politically correct) generation that anything that doing/saying/intimating anything that will make someone else uncomfortable is poo-pooed on.

Grow a sack America.

No, they are not. Many are, but bullies usually support other bullies.

100% of all thieves support the rights of thieves to steal

This. Incognito is a fat POS and deserves whatever he has coming to him.

Over the past 24 hours, former Colts/Buccaneers coach Tony Dungy and former Patriots/Chiefs executive Scott Pioli did just that. (Incognito, by the way, was suspended indefinitely on Sunday by the Dolphins over a bullying/hazing/locker room incident with fellow lineman Jonathan Martin.)

"I didn't want him coming out [of college], and I don't want him now," Pioli said on NBC Sunday night.

Pioli beat on Incognito pretty hard, noting that if Incognito's a leader in your locker room then your locker room has a leadership problem. That's certainly a fair stance.

When Incognito was drafted in 2005, Pioli was with the Patriots. They've been known to take a gamble or two on players lacking in perfect personal history. That he would have such a strong opinion of Incognito tells you something.

The Colts felt the same way apparently. Dungy said on the Dan Patrick Show that Incognito was placed on Indy's "DNDC" list. What does that stand for?

"Do not draft because of character."

Really glad all of you are jumping to conclusions by only hearing one side of the story. What if Incognito has a bunch of voice mails, emails ,texts, etc... that haven't been released yet?

There is a lot to come out for sure.

Incognito has a prior history of this type of behavior, so it would be in character.

Still, as you have said, there is more to the story.

I'am just concentrating on the black players and their dislike of Martin. This has nothing to do with the subject of race. This time it's stupidity the black players support Incognito because they feel that he acts more like a black man than Martin did.
