Take him at that price.
Yankees will move Alfonso Soriano back to 2d, Brett Gardner to left.
Cano's power numbers will drop in Safeco. Yankee Stadium's easy right field porch swallowed a lot of fly balls that will be outs at Safeco.
And why would anyone want to be a Mariner, or a Red Sox, or a Phillie, when they can be a Yankee? Makes me think he's just into the money.

Really. He is way way overrated. I do hope Seattle gets him...time for them to go back to the dumpster.

Gardner is a beast. You should've seen him play in college.

Yeah, good thing the Yankmees don't have any players like that.

Irony: sometime in the near future, Ms will have to dump King Felix to Yankees in order to keep paying Cano.

They could dump king Felix and Cano, and still pay Cano

Real talk: Robinson Cano
Power Numbers:
Year HRs Home Split Road Split
2005 14 HRs 5HRS 9HRs
2006 15 HRs 9HRs 6HRs
2007 19 HRs 10HRs 9HRs
2008 14 HRs 7HRs 7HRs
2009* 25 HRs 14 HRs 11HRs
2010 29 HRs 16HRs 13 HRs
2011 28 HRs 16HRs 12 HRs
2012 33 HRs 22HRs 11HRs
2013 27 HRS 11HRs 16HRs
* Move to new Yankee Stadium
I see trouble in Safeco for him. On the other hand, imagine all the fastballs he left behind in New York, hitting behind Ellsbury and Gardner.

One guy burns a jersey on youtube, and you use the plural?
Here's a picture of the guy. I don't even think he's a Yankee fan.
(It's great that you don't even have to work to hard to find this image. Just do a google images search for "Philles fan." This pops right up as one of the first finds.

)

That shit comes back to bite people often. I remember when Cowherd railed Jeter in June for batting around .240 a couple of years ago. Then at one point in September he hit the .300 mark. We'll revisit this in a few months.

Indeed. I'm sure both Cano and Ellsbury will get it going at some point.
For now I'm happy with the 10-2 spanking we put on the Bankees last night.

The only male even remotely connected to baseball worth that much is the immortal Danny White....
