They already are!! Now if he would have said "a demonstrated whiner" I'd had left the article alone.

Bears must've figured there would be no QB worth dick remaining in this year's draft by the time their pick rolled around.

That's what a lot of the media heads were saying about this whole thing. Yeah you might not want Cutler but who are you gonna replace him with? Who is out there that will give you a better chance to win now, which is the most important aspect for any NFL team. Especially for the Bears.

they could have gotten AJ McCarron, he'd be great handing off to Forte. Looks like they're saying they won't have a shot a good QB for 7 years. My boy bodyle is sick

They will dump him before the 7 years.................when they think they have a better QB.....When Romo becomes a free agent maybe!

From what I read, only 3 years of the contract is guaranteed money. I thought I read that no guaranteed money after that so it's not a bad deal especially if there is nobody that they'd get for this year.

This is the way most of these big contracts are these days. They back end the cap salary and renegotiate a restructure 3-4 years later.
