In a major first, Dallas Diamonds and US Women's National Football Team safety and LBer Dr. Jen Welter has been invited to try out at running back for the Texas Revolution, a men's minor league team (Indoor Football League) in suburban Dallas. She is believed to be the first female non-kicker to try out with a male professional football team. The GM is former Notre Dame and L.A. Raider Tim Brown. Go get it, Jen!

That's actually not true, GATW. The first woman to try out for the NFL was Mia Hamm in KC.

The one you show isn't indicative of all females playing football. Anyone who tries to say so is an idiot.
