Carroll's Crazy Declaration...

Former UOP safety Pete Carroll says that NFL players should be able to take part in medical MJ as a way to give them the "best of care."

As a former Pacifican myself, I like what he does in football...but in THIS case...I think he's going a bit too far....

Not shocking the coach of the tram with the most, I believe, failed drug tests would be the first to publicly take a stand as a coach...

Yeah, but they didn't get off the hook on a technicality or sue the league because of a failed test either.
