The same thing that happens when a kicker with arms has a snap fly over his head. We're talking about kickers...kickers. He's never gonna get a holding call and who wouldn't want that for their team.andy7171 wrote:Worst case scenario, the snap flies over the kickers head. WTF happens then? Why would anyone willingly allow that to happen to their team?

About 90% of the time there's a bad snap on a placement, the holder goes after it, NOT the kicker. Garo Yepremian-type plays are VERY rare. Since the old school multiple kick has been illegal for decades, there's no chance he plays punter, anyway. Non-issue....andy7171 wrote:Worst case scenario, the snap flies over the kickers head. Do you have knowledge of the situation to which the rest of us are not privy, Jon? As in, Andy was on said line?dbackjon wrote:andy7171 wrote: Kicker on my team my Jr and Sr year had one arm. I still didn't want him back there fucking up more shit than he did already.
Well, if the Line did their job, there would be no worries.

I don't know about THAT, but a guy with half a foot once had the NFL FG record for more than 40 years....JoltinJoe wrote:Big deal. When a legless kicker helps an undefeated freshperson team, I'll take note.
