The title game will be held in Chicago this year. Chicago Force QB Sami Grisafe is coming off injury and should be ready to help Chicago defend last year's title (won at San Diego's Balboa Stadium, former home of the Chargers). The All-World QB is hoping to retire after this season with consecutive titles. You should check out her budding music career. Grisafe was the first woman to play quarterback in a California Interscholastic Federation-sponsored game. Much was made of Pittsburgh QB Lisa Horton becoming the first female quarterback to reach 10,000 yards passing this year, but that's phony baloney...Grisafe did that a few years ago....

SuperHornet's Athletics Hall of Fame includes Jacksonville State kicker Ashley Martin, the first girl to score in a Division I football game. She kicked 3 PATs in a 2001 game for J-State.
