I don't think so but I'm not sure. However, I seen where Judges verbally beat the sh^t out of lawyers for doing so from time to time.

So what comes of this? Does ESPN just peel off maybe $150K in a settlement to get this guy to go away or do they spend $200K to their lawyers to win in court?

If ESPN knew it would turn out exactly that way, they should take the court win and force the fat bastard and his lawyer to incur whatever loss comes from a trial. It's the only way to stop this BS.
