I am about to dump Brady as my fantasy backup QB.

Like any quarterback, the performance of his offensive line is a huge determiner of his success.

And the Patriots' o-line stinks right now.

Wait a minute, though, I thought Brady was the greatest QB of all time according to some and his success in playoff wins has nothing to do with good management of personnel and coaching and the offensive system?

I never said that. I'm no Brady fan. He's obviously benefitted from a system, and cheating of course.

He is also 37 years old with only Peyton Manning being older for starting QBs I believe. He can't do what he did a bunch of years ago and the line does suck. Still would rather him being my team's QB than most others out there.

I would not have pegged you as a Brady fan. But you know there will be some of his fanboys are going to change the narrative like that.

90% of his fan "boys" are chicks who think he's hot and don't know dick about football.

Brady was among the lowest ranked QB's in the NFL last year that started 16 games
His being mediocre and missing wide open receivers is not "New Information"

The Patriots have a lot of issues
And their offensive line is certainly one of them - but Brady kinda sucking is also an issue

Their O-Line was not a problem last year and he was a below average performer

The defense and the division are going to save his ass for at least one more year.
