Federal authorities investigating Roger Clemens on perjury charges have found performance-enhancing substances on the drug paraphernalia that his former trainer said he used to inject Clemens, according to people briefed on the case.

I know people have said that McNamme could have supplied false evidence by having access to Clemens blood and the drugs... but I find that highly unlikely... what's the max penalty for purgery?

I believe the maximum is about 10 years. Don't quote me on that.
