Check out Carter Capps of the Marlins. He literally JUMPS off the rubber in making a pitch. While ALL pitchers technically violate the rule for a legal pitch (the rear foot is generally in the air when the ball is released), THIS takes it out to extreme proportions. So much so that MLB has told him to cool it with this. They're fine as long as his toe drags, apparently. This GIF is striking....
