Obvious troll is obvious.

But hey, if Cousins can lead the Redskins to a few deep playoff runs culminating in a Super Bowl victory, I'll be glad to revisit this thread with an update.

:silly:

He's not in the bottom third of the league, but he certainly isn't elite either.
But he has played well the second half of the season when it mattered most. I'll give him that.
I was just shocked to see the stat line that he surpassed 4,000 yards (only third Redskin QB to do that).

Wilson became the first Seahawk to do that as well. I'm guessing it's a league-wide trend and that 4,000 yards ain't what it used to be.

Yeah. 12 did it this year but only 4 were from playoff teams (Brady and Palmer were the other ones)

In 2014, 11 did it and 6 were playoff teams.

In 2006, only 5 did it and Brees and Peyton were the only ones on playoff teams and they were top 2 (others were Bulger, Kitna and Palmer).

Only 14 QBs threw for 3,000 yards in 2006 while 23 did this year. Mariotta, Flacco and Hoyer each were over 2,600 and they played 12, 10 and 11 games respectively

That's no joke. I count 12 QB's that surpassed 4k. Another 3 within 100 yards of that mark.

First Redskin QB to throw for a TD in every game.

Cousins is a very good quarterback with a great upside
The Redskins were close to the worst in the league in drops I think - Imagine that

and he still put up great numbers

Nope ^ scratch that Redskins finished 16th in drops (middle of the pack)
