It's that time again.
Looking forward to the live broadcast in 4K UHD on DirecTV. Finally get to see what my new TV is really capable of.
I'm pulling for Bubba.

I like Speith, Scott, or Day. Hometown boy Haas would be nice, but a longshot.
They will still probably put Woods' picture on the front page of the Sunday papers.

Pretty sure a man, not a woman, is going to win this thing. Bet on it.

You don't think Fowler has a shot at winning?

That's 89, right?
But no, I don't think he has a shot

He's put it in two holes so far and it's not even 8 am.

They will still probably put Woods' picture on the front page of the Sunday papers.

Not Sunday yet (it's only Thursday, if you didn't know) but this image is on the front page of ESPN. Bunch of crackers and an Indian

Spieth starting out well. -4 through 11 with next at -2 from Casey, Matsuyama, Bradley and Berger though some of the big guys have not yet started.
Anyone know what happened to Els? It took him 10 strokes to get in on the first hole so he starts at +6. Ouch. Just looked. Apparently he had a 2 footer for par and took 7 total putts to get in the hole. Double Ouch.

Bubba had a rough back nine. Hits five birdies on the day and still ends up at +3. The par 3 holes cleaned his clock.
Rory just eagled 13 to go three under.

Meanwhile it looks like Day screwed up 15-17 going from -5 to E in 3 holes. Should par the 18th at worst unless he pulls an Ernie Els since he has a 23 foot birdie putt.
