I like the part where the Commie Bastards try and go home after half the 1st period, and the Flyers owners says you go home you don't get paid. A few minutes later the Commie Capitalist Bastards are back on the ice.

And I miss when the Flyers were good (and tough).

Favorite 3 seconds of the video were when Hammer was punching two Bruins as once.

Brought back a lot of good memories. Dale Rolfe and Brad Park were sniveling Ranger pussies who deserved the whippings they got. And Phil Esposito looks better now than he did back then! Can't say the same for Ed Van Impe, though. He usually led the NHL in stitches.

My dad used to call him "Ice it Eddie".

I played youth hockey against his son (Skateland, NJ) and he would come to quite a few games.

The Inquirer used to put a glossy placard team photo in its Sunday edition when I was a kid. I used to treasure these:

One thing I learned from the video was how downright weird Freddie Shero was.

I'm pretty sure I still have a couple of these in a box in the basement.

There were some old-school fights in the Chicago-St. Louis game yesterday including one instigated by Corey Crawford (goaltender for Blackhawks) where the Blackhawks somehow got to be on a power play.
Shaw from Chicago is a punk as well.

Smart guy, though.
Good strategy against the Ruskies.
