US 2nd Circuit Appeals Court reinstates 4-game suspension.

Will Brady take it to SCOTUS and would they hear it?

SCOTUS cases usually result in a fundamental change in how business is done going forward.

My question is, how would a ruling in either direction affect CBA negotiations going forward?

Going forward we're not really sure. But we'll surely find out how things are going to work out going forward.

from NFL.com

Do the judges think Brady deflated the footballs?

Nope! They don't even care about the whole Deflategate thing, in fact. The judges only care about the process involved with the way the NFL and the NFLPA negotiated the discipline process. Roger Goodell is judge, jury and executioner, which is totally ridiculous, but it's the way things are set up in the CBA.

The judges even called Goodell's power "unorthodox" but also called it "mutually satisfactory" because it was negotiated by the two parties.

But going forward, going forward is always the right decision. Especially when going forward is the only option available going forward.

Personally, I think this is ridiculous. Brady should take the punishment like a man.

Was just a 3 judge panel and not the full court so he could appeal to the full 2nd Circuit instead of the Supreme Court.

That's a tricky one. If you're sitting down, it's hard to tell if your coming forward or going forward.
