Former Vikings and Cardinals coach Dennis Green died at the age of 67 (AP)
Dennis Green, who led the Minnesota Vikings to 97 wins in his 10 seasons as their head coach, died of cardiac arrest at age 67.

I was at my daughters AAU basketball game, waiting for the game to start. Me and another Packers fan were the only parents watching the girls warmup. The rest were in the hallway next to the gym watching the end of the game. All of a sudden we heard a loud group sigh. I looked at the other Packer fan and smiled, we knew the Vikings had lost. We couldn't stop smiling, even as the other parents entered the gym to sit next to us.

A few years later, someone wrote in the snow by the Vikings training center, in large 10 foot letters, Dennis Green Sucks. Me thinks Cluck was in town.
