They will be back, they are trying out new kickers to fix this mess.

Walsh had a bad pre-season in 2015 and should have been cut. Then he cost them a playoff win.
How they didn't find a replacement in the off-season is beyond me.

Hey, when you play the awesomeness that is the Lions, you can expect to be beat.

And Sam Bradford is exactly who we thought he was. Decent QB, but not good enough to carry a team that doesn't feel like scoring for 55 minutes of a game.

Imagine if Minnesota DIDN'T have a top 5 defense... Yikes

And Sam, as much as I like him, has a bad habit of INT's at real bad times. Certainly a decent QB, but not a difference maker at that position.

Sammy Sleeves couldn't manage to draw that "blow to the head" penalty at the end. What a maroon!

That probably should have drawn a flag.
I thought the helmet shot to his ribs, two steps after he threw, in the first half was an even more egregious non-call.
But at the end of the day, the Eagles just moved up a little farther in next year's first round of the draft, so it's all good.

He's not Brady or Manning or other royalty so he's not a QB that is on the list to get those calls.

That's what's great about this year, just root for the Vikes to lose. Heck, the Eagles can even win a few meaningless games at the end of the year and it actually helps their draft position this time since it could put the Vikings further down in the final standings.

Minnesota is a poster child for how defense does not win championships.
You can't dink and dunk your way to a Super Bowl.

The 2015/16 Broncos would like a word with you.

Yeah... it's absolutely a tough one to figure
Pwns is correct here because the Vikings can't run the ball at all and they throw check downs
That's a bad combination - whereas - The Bronco's could run the ball pretty well last year
Plus the Vikings have a steady rock solid Defense but Denver had the best pass rush in the NFL
DO the Vikings have the best pass rush in the NFL... (Probably not)

Many Minnesota transplants in our community, most said they moved to Northern Wyoming for our balmy winters.
I get to listen to "Minnesota Nice" twangs bragging and cussing the Biqueens constantly, especially this year after beating up on the Packers in the season openers.
But they are still the Vikings, one of the most hapless franchises in the league. They have not been to the super bowl for over 39 years now, are 0-4 in super bowls where they have scored a total of 34 points while having 95 scored against them..
The only time in somewhat recent history was when a discarded and worn out Packer QB got them to the NFC Championship where they lost to Sean Payton's hired guns.
What's not to love??

Green Bay Packers have passed the Vikings in the standings and control the destiny of the Norris division. If the Pack beats Minnesota and Detroit to end the season, they are in the playoffs. They would have won both games against Detroit. Heartbreaker for the Lions if this scenario plays out.
