Jed York FINALLY pulled the trigger on a new GM today: retired Denver Broncos strong safety John Lynch, Jr. So long as York keeps his nose out from where it doesn't belong, I fully expect Lynch to resurrect the franchise within five years. Of course, knowing York, that's something of a stretch. He's worse than Jerry Jones when it comes to listening to sound advice....

Kind of amazing how anyone with experience that went to interview left the interview and was never mentioned as being interested again, isn't it?
