The two biggest takeaways here, going back to the 2016 numbers, are that:
1. Nobody does more with less than the Patriots.
2. Nobody does less with more than the Jets.

The Ravens have a few HUGE signings they need to squeeze under the CAP... Players integral to their future success if they ever want to get back over .500 (See: Williams)

The Pats have 50 million in cap space they are thinking about trading SUPER BOWL HERO MALCOLM BUTLER to the Saints for deep threat BRANDIN COOKS he is a 4.33 man .
