Is this the NFL over reacting? Kind of sorta maybe looks like a woman looking for some revenge. The appeal might be justified.

Two points on this one...

One - I completely agree with The above assessment of "More likely than not"...especially after the Brady suspension._

Two - The 'Boys show just how dishonest they can be, after cutting a non-star over a mis-identification but sticking with a star in this situation...

Nah, 4 games at the minimum, and a good chance there's no reduction from the 6. He's out for a good chunk of time.

From what I've heard from the accuser, it's a complete scam. It happened at tOSU, which makes this worse for Dallas. He should sue the shit out of her for defamation.

There wasn't enough proof to find Brady guilty of anything...yet the Commish got his way...

The NFL is a private employer...they can impose any standard they want...something the police can't ...

Yup, different standards. Police worry about criminal standards, NFL worries about bad press for the league. Hence why Elliot can end up having no charges from the cops but can be suspended by the league.
