Tigers got some great prospects, but lose an Icon from the their staff. He's not the Verlander of old, but he gives them an extra arm to rely on.

Hopefully a good move for both teams. Verlander is still very good and has always been better in big games. He should help Houston quite a bit. The Tigers get some excellent prospects and payroll relief with this move and the Upton trade yesterday.
