How do you measure an NFL team and it's coaching staff..?
Give them a "win-and-you're-in" scenario

a week 17 home game
against a lesser opponent
win-and-you're-in

Baltimore vs. Cincinnati

WTF Baltimore..?

Meh. Once you get past the Patriots, Steelers, Rams, Saints, Vikings, Eagles (pre Foles)... there really isn't much difference between a 10-6 and 6-10 team. I do agree that the Ravens laid an egg, but that's who they are this year.

Yeah. The Ravens overachieved this season despite the last game loss. How can you expect more from a team without an elite quarterback?

He played well for the last 4 weeks or so. Pretty much mailed it in before then. Of course, he wasn't on the field when that elite defense coughed up a 4th and 11 for a season ending touchdown either. :coffee:

True, not many teams give up 4th and double digits late in important games. I'm not sure I've ever seen one over 28.

As time goes by, the importance of that play is reduced to just winning or losing that one game. But that one play actually determined the CAA Championship that year. :ohno: :ohno:
