Meh. Brady & Co couldn't pull their crap on Michael Downs and his backfield posse. Plus, Danny White and Tony Dorsett, Drew Pearson, Tony "Thrill" Hill, Doug Cosbie, et al, would go for days on the NE D....

The Cowboys would win 1 out of 10 playing the Patriots.

The 90s Cowboys would demolish the Bellicheats. No salary cap.

Cute, but wrong.

Cowboys were not fundamental enough to beat the Patriots. They had a good OL.......

1992 Cowboys had the best running back ever and a QB every bit as good as Brady. I think they'd beat any of the Pats SB teams.

Please, the Patriots would easily beat those Dallas teams. Remember, secret video tapes. That's the advantage the cowboys would never be able to overcome.

Except the coach of the Dallas cowboys during that era Jimmy Johnson
already said he did the same thing as the Patriots

:dunce:

So try again...

Not sure Barry Switzer had that going for him, but the Cowboys managed to win despite that.

Well, Jimmy does fish with Belichick, so there's some defense of a friend there. And no one on the Cowboys other than Johnson seems to remember or know that they were taping, and apparently they stopped doing it because it wasn't effective. Remember, you're talking the era of VCR's versus the era of digital video. :dunce:

So try again...

Dallas didn’t need to cheat after stocking their roster with the 53 draft picks Minnesota gave them for Herschel.

Very true, and won one with Barry Switzer as coach.

'70's Steelers were better than either.

That was a great team and they had a couple close ones with the 1970's Dallas teams. Dallas wins, they have 4 in the 1970's, out 5 Super Bowl appearances. Had another close loss to the Colts. Jackie Smith dropped pass is one of the memorable moments.

We had HOF material galore on those Steeler teams.

Dallas was also stacked with HOFers in the 1970's.
