A kid from Maryland this year had a mustache. Was winning pitcher in semi-final vs. NJ.93henfan wrote:Does New York still forge birth certificates? If so, I’m riding the hot hand and going with the 14 and 15 year olds from the Empire State, baby!
Good to see the non-Mediterranean/Caribbean states catching on!CAA Flagship wrote:A kid from Maryland this year had a mustache. Btw, was it an Eastern Shore team? 12 year olds do have mustaches on Delmarva. Boys and girls.

Just a straight shot down US-113 from me. I used to get biodiesel from a guy in Berlin that brewed his own back when I was trying to be a hippy, circa 2005. Fuck that noise now. Exxon is way easier. Fuck the planet!CAA Flagship wrote:Yes. Berlin.93henfan wrote:

Did he drive to the game?CAA Flagship wrote:I didn't see much of the Regionals other than Mid-Atlantic. New York has at least one stud pitcher who threw a perfect game in the Regional Final.
So I went with New York.
No. Took a limo. Nike paid for it. His wife and kids rode in it too.93henfan wrote:Did he drive to the game?CAA Flagship wrote:I didn't see much of the Regionals other than Mid-Atlantic. New York has at least one stud pitcher who threw a perfect game in the Regional Final.

And Korea wins it in the 9th, 4-2 score. Tough loss for Puerto Rico, stud pitcher can't pitch until Tuesday now. Not impossible, but long way back now.GannonFan wrote:Ah, pitching depth and pitch counts. The Puerto Rico team (Caribbean) has a kid throw a scoreless no-hitter and leads 2-0 through 5 1/3 innings, but hits the 85 pitch limit, and the kid who comes in after him coughs up some hits and lets Korea (Asia-Pacific) tie it up 2-2. Game's in extra inning (i.e. more pitchers needed) and is going to the 8th inning as of right now.
Blew it in the last inning. That would have made things interesting.GannonFan wrote:Australia up early on Mexico - potential upset in the making there.
