Outside of the Eagles's 53 there's not a whole lot there. The attrition you refer to comes more from guys on the 53 starting to make bigger salaries and you can't keep all of them. No one's hiding anything, it's all there to see - everybody can see everyone else's practice squad players too. Who says the Eagles have the best practice squad players? Maybe they suck at their own practice squad but are good at raiding other teams's squads?
