And as I said, I would actually be surprised if they didn't have the bright green trim in there somewhere.

Talk about hanging on by a thread...

I turned on the Flyers at Pens game with about five minutes left in third period, Pens up 1-0.

Flyers scored with 18 secs left in regulation, and then 3.4 secs left in OT to steal two points.

Flyers are still six points out of the final playoff spot in the East with ten games to play.

My Oilers are losing to the Knights right now.

It sucks the best hockey player in the world plays for Edmonton and has zero help. McDavid doesnt deserve this.

Always nice to beat Cindy Crosby.

Flyers lose to Les Habitants.

May as well book the tee times.

If they get the #1 pick instead of Colorado (via Ottawa) there's going to be trouble.

30 years ago today: Clint Malarchuk gets partially decapitated and not only lives but plays again six games later with 300 stitches. :notworthy:

Avs move into the second WC spot with a big win at Dallas. Thanks for Grubauer, Caps. :notworthy:

You're welcome. Worked out well for both teams. His replacement here is better than he was and we got you to eat the salary of Orpik so we could resign him for cheap. :thumb:

Avs just need one point from their final two to secure a berth. I think this team could make some noise.

I'm sure you've mentioned it before but I just saw Avs have Ottawa's first pick next year and they are DFL and have the best percentage chance at the #1 pick.

Yep, that was a brilliant move by Sakic and a really dumb one for the Sens. Seeing Douchene pulled in the middle of that game against the Islanders was priceless.
I'd be more than happy with Hughes or Kakko.

I'm actually a Matt fan. His wife is good friends with my niece and she actually came on our family vacation a couple years when she was a teen. We were in Denver for my nephew's wedding and Matt came to the rehearsal party the day he signed his big contract with the Avs. Really nice guy.

I'm sure players can be two different people in the locker room and in their normal lives. From everything I heard about his time as an Av, he ended up being a cancer there.

Caps clinch the division again and deal a big loss to the Canadiens.

East still has two teams fighting for the last spot and I think the only match-up that is set is Bruins/Leafs. Tampa and Caps have the home ice for first two rounds.

The West is a CF even though all 8 teams are set. One of three teams can still with the Central, so the only match-up that is set is Sharks/Knights.
