Nats lighting up Nola right now. Three HR's up 6-2 in 3rd.

Unfortunately the Nats bullpen looks like the Bad News Bears.

Nola definitely shitting down his leg today.

But a 4-run lead on the Phils in the third is not a done deal.

Or a two run lead in the fourth.

Both starters knocked out early. You'd think that would be a plus for the Nats, but it's not.

Sanchez has been bad since his last year or so in Detroit.

Harper on base on all 5 plate appearances today, including 3 walks. OBP for the season up to .652 . Oh, Segura with the nice RBI as well.

Who the fuck are Tony Sipp and Kyle Barraclough, and why are they in the majors?

There is NOTHING worse than a bullpen that gives up leads.

Well the Phils gave it back in the bottom of the inning and they have a good bullpen. April baseball.

I come back up from the underground section of the Orange Line and the game is tied and the Nats have 3-4-5 due up in bottom of the ninth. This is some bullshit! :pissed: :pissed: :pissed:

Nats really need this to avoid a disastrous first full week. Tough spot for the Fightins.

GannonFan wrote:Good little bit on the Phillies celebrations. I liked #4 with 'Cutch playing rock/paper/scissors with the 3rd base coach. They didn't have the one that Harper was doing last night after his double - did some wave to the guys in the dugout. I liked it. Kinda get the vibe like the Eagles had in their Super Bowl year when they were setting the bar for the NFL when it came to choreographed celebrations.
One routine is fun. The amount the Phils did last night is very ghey.
I gotta go with 89 on this one. I despise pre-planned celebrations.

But you know what else is ghey?

Stealing the Jets chant and adding a "whoo" on the end of it. It's easily the most ghey thing I've ever heard.

Sorry, but I get about as excited for a game against the Twins as I do for my flu shot.

Minnesota: perfect combination of Norway and Canada.

I don't get excited about National League teams. A few extra K's for the pitcher.
