I’ve been doing yoga and walking daily. I’ve lost two waist sizes. I’m more of a Karen-waist now.

Currently down 4+ waist sizes since summer. When we started our diet, 40's were tight. Now 36's are a tiny bit loose.
Alex has gone from 44 to 36
