Anyone watch the documentary? It was a lot more interesting than I thought it would be. Great insight from the players in the 1990's.

Coach Larry Bird's words to Jordan after the 1998 playoff loss to Indiana.

Jordan: Enjoy yourself dog!
Bird: You Bitch, Fuck you
Jordan: You gave us a run for our money
Bird: Yeah, I'll see yah

Don't like the Tarholes, don't like the Bulls and don't care for MJ. So no. He was a great player though.

Not a big fan of any of those either. There was a lot of behind the scenes stuff, rumors put to bed. Jordan didn't have the flu in the Jazz game, he had food poisoning from a pizza the night before. They said 5 guys delivered the pizza, so no one else in the room ate the pizza. Jordan ate the entire pie.

Watched every episode. Great series. I didn't like Jordan, but now I really do. Love his whole attitude toward competition and how to create motivation. The docu made me a convert.

I watched none of it. The NBA and Jordan don’t register on my Giveashitometer. :coffee:

It's a nice substitute for no decent live sports on TV.

You also get a trip down memory lane to when the NBA refs let them play a little.

My kids got a kick out of that - they're just used to seeing the NBA like it is now with the intent to foul being almost enough to warrant a whistle. And of course, they like the language as well. :suspicious:

Pretty cool, Trent Tucker discussed the Last Dance on his radio show again this morning. He played with Chicago his final season and Michael Jordan was a frequent guest at Tucker's celebrity benefit golf tourney in the Twin Cities.

Jordan will go to his grave thinking that '90 NBA title from Detroit should have gone to Chicago.
