Besides - this is supposed to be a dialogue. A back and forth. Having a conversation doesn't mean one person is "triggered." Having an opinion isn't a bad thing. Stop falling into the woke-trap.
Still nothing fruitful to add. Nice work.

What do you mean by woke-trap? I mean, it doesn't even make any sense. You clearly know very little about racing, but feel the need to sound important. And then you go off on unrelated tangents such as this. Please explain to me in detail how I have fallen into a woke-trap? I don't even know what that means. It's just you posting words again, because you have nothing, as usual.

Sometimes I get tired of owning you. It's too easy. I sort of liked you when we met in person, but it's been so long that your incessant drivel in the interim has once again relegated my opinion of you to a simple troll and flip-flopper.

Your use of "triggered" when someone has a contrary opinion or makes a statement that you don't agree with. It's gone beyond you just disagreeing. It's quite obvious. If I misread that then I apologize.

I don't know much about racing, as I've said in the past. I'm relatively new to this sport and have read and watched as much as I can. That doesn't mean I can't form an opinion based off 3 years of watching Grand Prix's, reading articles, watching videos and other things NOT called Drive to Survive. If i'm missing some rule or aspect of racing then that's fine - i'll learn. But it doesn't have to come with condescending tones and insults.

It's ok, bub. I still like you. You're still on the Christmas card list. :kisswink:

Almost time to start the 2022 motorsports thread. Hopefully Masi's gone, they bring in somebody who can lay down the law consistently from race 1 (that applies to both Max and Lewis, who both did stupid shit all year), and the drivers and cars determine the championship. Certainly, humans are going to make mistakes. You just hope they don't do it on lap 57 of 58 of the deciding race when the championship is tied on points. At that point, you're playing God. That's not when you want people pulling decisions out of their ass that directly conflict with regulations and the precedents they've set in previous races. You don't want an epic season invalidated by incomptence. Masi should be directing go-karts in Australia in the spring, not deciding F1 races and championships. And I hope the dad of whatever kid he arbitrarily screws over next fall walks up to him and kicks his ass after the race. That will be a feel-good news story for everyone. Maybe they can get him to throw the flag at a sprint race in the Midwest and Tony Stewart can run him over.

Masi definitely needs to go. It should be all 20 drivers against one another...not one another AND the race director. I've agreed with every critique you (93) have had of him.

I read that Merc will be working with FIA to clarify those rules and others. I'm sure Red Bull, McLaren, etc... will now jump in on that.

Ran into this article earlier this morning...
To me, it marked a total disregard for the integrity of F1. It was the same as if a tennis umpire had shouted “next point winner” when one player was two sets up. After a year of close racing, it reduced the whole championship to a gimmick.
