Serious question: he was ranked #5 at his position, #47 overall in the draft, yet they’re on pick 114 and he’s nowhere to be found....is there some dirt on him we’re not aware of?
Cowboys just took Cox.
He’s perfect for them.

I'm still hoping my Cowboys pick Thomson and Fuller before this draft is done.

Yep, he was a possible 2nd or 3rd rounder.

115 to the Cowboys. Would have gone higher if he stayed in Fargo. :kisswink:

I think a Briley Moore is finding the same out about Kansas State vs UNI

Second panther off the board at 116 - Emerson G Smith to the Giants

Sounds like it's injury related. Recent shoulder surgery and he missed pro day with a hammy.

Would it have made a difference?

Cox would have played 1 game for NDSU and Moore 0 games for UNI if they only played in the fall and then started prepping for the draft.

All from MVFC except for that one C. Arkansas guy. That is HIGHLY unfair. And my two players didn't even get a sniff. SMH....

Well, they did get more tape of him since he played the full season for LSU. He wasn't helped by it not being a very good LSU defense as well. I'm sure his film wasn't as good as it could've been with the poor defense around him. He has his chance now - he'll get paid if he's good enough, can't hide in the NFL, and he'll get plenty of chances with dallas as they need LB'ers.
